About TTE

Physical fitness will get you to the start line but mental fitness will get you across the finish
A combination of strength and cardio classes to push the body and mind

TTE was set up with our customers in mind and what they want to achieve from our services. Our staff consist of ex or still serving members of H M forces and personal trainers. Every event and fitness class is designed around military fitness principles. The classes will challenge all levels of fitness whilst being fun and friendly. We offer specific monthly events and daily fitness classes to challenge you both physically and mentally. It is a great way to work on individual strengths in a fun and friendly environment. Just because something is hard it does not mean we can’t have fun. We have some great locations that we offer in the UK and abroad for events depending on what you are looking for. Imagine being in the French Pyrenees rock climbing, skiing and rafting or a 20 mile speed march in Wales. The options are endless. All our fitness classes are outside and cater for all abilities.

SOTR 2018 overview


0400- kit issue course introduction
Basic lessons

0600- sent to survival locations

1200- survival camp progress

1700- survival camp inspection

2100- breakdown camp prepare to move


0001- move off to first checkpoint evading capture

0500- first check point to be reached

1200- second checkpoint to be reached

1700- third checkpoint to be reached

2359-fourth checkpoint to be reached


0500- resist interrogation

1000- resist interrogation

1200- weekend closure tea and biscuits

1300- admin return home
