Every week we run outdoor fitness sessions in local parks, our custom built outdoor gym & obstacle course and other great locations.

Our sessions cover a wide range of activities such as strength & conditioning, functional fitness & calisthenics and will provide many benefits to your body and mind.

Our sessions challenge all levels of fitness while also being friendly & great fun.
