TTE was set up with our customers in mind, and our classes and events are based around what they want to achieve from our services.

Each unique fitness class and event we offer is designed around military fitness principles, and will challenge all levels of fitness whilst still being fun and friendly.


We offer specific events throughout the year and daily fitness classes to challenge you both physically and mentally.

TTE classes are a great way to work on individual strengths in a fun and friendly environment – just because something is hard it doesn’t mean we can’t have fun!

Nathan Welch

Directing Staff

Nathan has over 15 years military experience and is a qualified personal trainer. He believes mental training is just as important as physical training. Nathan is passionate about bringing a military mindset to group and 1 to 1 sessions to help set and achieve goals.

Derek Burgess

Directing Staff

With 15 years experience in the fitness industry, specialising and passionate about strength training and rehabilitation. A proud serving member of the police service – currently working as a specialist firearms officer.

Kieron Welch BSYA (N.TH.)

Nutritionist and Food Health Specialist

Kieron has over 10 years experience in Nutrition and Naturopath work, and has worked with hundreds of clients to help them meet their goals and improve their overall health. This is achieved through diet change combined with exercise and relaxation.
