Terms and Conditions of Membership

These terms apply to all persons signing up for monthly direct debit membership, one off monthly payments or pay as you go.

Member Declaration

You as the Member agree/understand the following:

I acknowledge that as part of being allowed to participate in the sessions and organised events of TTE including, the use of facilities and equipment owned and/or under the control of TTE, I hereby waive, release and forever discharge TTE from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any class or my use of equipment or facilities as set out above.

I declare that I am medically fit and that I will not participate in any of the classes/events unless I am medically fit enough to do so. I acknowledge that prior to undertaking any classes/events, I have been deemed medically fit by a medical professional, or that I have decided to participate in classes/events without the advice from a medical professional and assume all responsibility for my participation in all classes/events that have been organised by TTE.

Photographs and videos may be taken during classes and events and shared via social media for advertising purposes. Please let your instructor know if you do not wish to be featured in any promotional material.

TTE are not legally responsible for any possessions you lose or that are damaged or stolen at the location and or during the classes/events. If you have an accident or injure yourself at one of our classes/event you must report this to the instructor straight away.

MEMBERSHIP (Monthly Direct Debit)

Once you have signed up to a TTE membership plan your first direct debit payment will be collected around 2-4 working days later. TTE membership will continue automatically until you cancel your membership in accordance with ‘CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP’ paragraph below. Membership cannot be suspended at anytime for any reason.


Membership fees are paid in advance and will be collected by direct debit on a monthly basis. You are obligated to make every direct debit payment regardless of non–attendance, whatever the reason for non-attendance may be.


If you do not pay your membership fee on time, TTE will notify you by e-mail or private message. TTE will continue to attempt to collect your monthly membership fee by direct debit unless you contact us to arrange alternative payment. Additional charges may accrue if TTE has to instruct a third party to collect outstanding monies owed.


TTE may review our membership subscription from time to time. TTE will give at least one calendar months’ notice to all members of any such changes.


Should you wish to cancel your TTE membership, we will require one calendar months written notice.

Cancellations must be sent via e-mail to: info@tacticaltrainingevents.com.

TTE will notify you via e-mail when your membership will cease and confirm when your last direct debit will be taken.


TTE reserve the right to terminate your membership with immediate effect if you:

  • Break these terms and conditions
  • Put the health, safety and wellbeing of other members or employees at risk
  • Allow other people to use your membership to attend classes
  • Engage in disruptive or violent behaviour.


If you have signed up for a £50 one off payment, this will entitle you to come to 10 sessions for one month only. Your month will start from the day you sign up not the day the payment is taken.


If you are a pay as you go customer your single payment will allow you to attend one session. Please be aware that the payment for the session will usually be taken after you have attended the session.


TTE reserve the right to change locations, times of sessions and organised TTE events.

TTE will not keep any paper copies of your personal details, though on occasion we may contact you via email or social media.
